Disposal of paper documents after scanning
If you wish to dispose of paper documents after scanning, we will take care of the disposal.
Dispose of at a used paper recycling plant that meets security standards.
Until the time of disposal, it will be stored strictly in our warehouse.
After disposal, a disposal certificate will be issued.
Transfer to external warehouse
If you wish to store paper documents after scanning in a warehouse, we can also propose a warehouse company.
After scanning, it is transferred to the warehouse as it is.
Selection (extraction) of target documents in scanning work
There is no problem even if the paper documents entrusted to us include documents that are not subject to scanning. After discussing in advance which items should not be scanned, it is also possible to select only the items to be scanned.

OCR recognition accuracy varies depending on image quality, document layout and design. We can ensure an accuracy of 90% or more for documents with simple layouts such as contracts, but prior confirmation is required for documents with complex designs.
